Parks with Friends: Rocky Mountain Video
As the National Park Service’s “Find Your Park” campaign will tell you, parks are better when you share them.
We wholeheartedly agree. Some of our best park memories from this year have been when our families and friends have joined us along the way.
So when we planned to visit Rocky Mountain National Park over Memorial Day weekend, and we heard that six of our best friends, plus Cole’s parents and sister, were going to join us, we were giddy! (Mostly at the prospect of talking to people who aren’t each other…)
Visiting parks with other people added the need to plan a bit more–we had to find some crowd-pleasing hikes and activities beforehand–but the payoff is great. Campfires and carpools and beers all around.
